Thank you for purchasing from China Brush Wholesale USA. Due to the nature of wholesale orders, all sales are considered final unless the products received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale and bulk orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for unsold inventory, changes of mind, ordering the wrong quantity, or changes in the buyer's business circumstances.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the affected products
- Photographs of the shipping carton and packaging if the shipment was damaged in transit
After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected merchandise, as appropriate.
Please do not discard damaged products or shipping packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Shipping Damage
Customers should inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery. If a package appears significantly damaged, please document the condition of the package before opening it.
Claims involving shipping damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
International Orders
International wholesale orders are final sale.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they purchase may legally be imported, sold, and distributed in their destination country.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other government or carrier fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, refusals, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities or other government agencies due to the destination country's import requirements or regulations.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not return merchandise without contacting us first and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error on our part.
